اثر دو روش کشت کمخاکورزی و مرسوم بر نیتروژن و آب مصرفی گندم
به منظور بررسی اثر سامانههای کشت مرسوم و کمخاکورزی بر میزان نیتروژن و آب مصرفی گندم، با استفاده از طرح بلوکهای نواری خرد شده و دو سیستم آبیاری بارانی تک شاخه، اثرهای چهار سطح صفر، 90 ، 135 و 180 کیلوگرم نیتروژن و چهار میزان 4610، 4240، 3850 و 3395 متر مکعب آب در هر هکتار در این دو سامانه کشت بررسی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که در هر دو سامانه، با کاهش آب مصرفی تعداد خوشه در واحد سطح، عملکرد دانه و جذب نیتروژن بطور معنیداری کاهشیافت. در کشت مرسوم، با کاربرد نیتروژن تا سطح 180 کیلوگرم در هکتار، عملکرد و اجزاء عملکرد دانه و جذب نیتروژن افزایش یافت. اما در کمخاکورزی، مقادیر این پارامترها با افزایش نیتروؤن تا 135 کیلوگرم در هکتار افزایش و در سطح 180 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هکتار، کاهش یافت. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که مقادیر پارامترهای مطالعه شده در خاکورزی مرسوم بالاتر از سامانه کمخاکورزی بود، اما بجز تعداد خوشه در واحد سطح و میزان پروتئین دانه، تفاوت معنیداریبین دو سامانه خاکورزی وجود نداشت. بالاترین کارآیی مصرف آب (85/1 کیلوگرم دانه بازاء هر متر مکعب آب) در هر دو سامانه کشت، از کاربرد توأم 135 کیلوگرم نیتروژن و 3850 متر مکعب آب در هر هکتار به دست آمد اما بیشترین عملکرد دانه در خاکورزی مرسوم (8226 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از کاربرد 4610 متر مکعب آب و 180 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هر هکتار با کارآیی مصرف آب 79/1 کیلوگرم دانه بهازاء هر متر مکعب آب و در سامانه کمخاکورزی بیشترین عملکرد دانه (8378 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از مصرف توأم 3850 متر مکعب آب و 135 کیلوگرم نیتروژن در هر هکتار با کارآیی مصرف آب 85/1 کیلوگرم دانه بهازاء هر متر مکعب آب به دست آمد. به عبارت دیگر، در سامانه کشت کمخاکورزی، با مصرف آب و نیتروژن کمتر، عملکردی معادل خاکورزی مرسوم به دست آمد.

واکنش ارقام چغندرقند پاییزه به کاربرد نیتروژن و شاخص های کارایی آن
این تحقیق به منظور بررسی واکنش ارقام چغندر قند پاییزه به کاربرد نیتروژن و شاخصهای کارایی آن از پاییز 1389 به مدت دو سال زراعی در مرکز تحقیقات و آموزش کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی صفی آباد اجرا گردید. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش عبارت بودند از:(1) چهار سطح نیتروژن خالص (بدون مصرف نیتروژن "شاهد"، 30 درصد کمتر از حد بهینه ، حد بهینه" بر مبنای حد بهینه نیترات باقیمانده خاک" و 30 درصد بیشتر از حد بهینه و (2) سه رقم(رسول " شاهد منطقه"، شریف" SBSI001" و رقم پالما" Palma" (که همگی منوژرم هستند). نتایج دو ساله آزمایش نشان داد که مصرف نیتروژن فقط بر عملکرد ریشه، درصد قند و سار صفات کیفی ریشه معنیدار بود. ضمن اینکه با مصرف بیشتر نیتروژن عملکردشکر کاهش یافت ولی سایر شاخص های کیفی (سدیم، پتاسیم و نیتروژن مضره) افزایش نشان داد. تأثیر رقم بر شاخصهای مورد بررسی از جمله عملکردهای ریشه و شکر سفید معنیدار بود. رقم پالما در مقایسه با دو رقم دیگر بیشترین عملکرد ریشه و عملکرد شکر سفیدرا داشت. هم چنین، با مصرف نیتروژن شاخصهای کارایی نیتروژن کاهش یافت. اثر متقابل تیمارها بر درصد قند، درصد قند سفید، درصد قند ملاس، ضریب استحصال و مقادیر سدیم و نیتروژن مضره معنیدار بود. به طوری که رقم پالما از نظر شاخصهای پیش گفته در شرایط بهتری بود. اثر متقابل تیمارها بر شاخصهای کارایی معنیدار نشد، اما رقم پالما نسبت به سایرارقام بالاترین کارایی مصرف و استفاده را داشت. بنابراین، با توجه به شرایط اجرای این آزمایش، تیمار 30 درصد کمتر حد بهینه مصرف نیتروژن و رقم پالما و در مرتبه بعد ارقام شریف و رسول برای حصول به عملکرد اقتصادی شکر سفید(51/11 تن در هکتار در مقایسه با 26/9 و 03/9 تن در هکتار) در این منطقه توصیه میگردد.

ارزیابی کارآیی مدلهای نفوذ آب به خاک تحت تأثیر روش های خاکورزی و مدیریت بقایا در تناوب گندم-ذرت
فرآیند نفوذ آب به خاک در کارآمدی طراحی سامانههای آبیاری از اهمیت خاصی برخوردار است. از سوی دیگر، پدیده نفوذ آب به خاک و تغییرات آن به خصوص در مناطق خشک و نیمه خشک تحت تأثیر مدیریت بقایای گیاهی و روشهای خاکورزی قرار میگیرد. هدف اصلی این پژوهش برآورد ضرایب مدلهای مختلف نفوذ آب به خاک (کوستیاکوف، کوستیاکوف- لوئیز، فلیپ، هورتون و سازمان حفاظت خاک آمریکا) و کارآیی آنها تحت تأثیر روشهای مختلف خاکورزی (خاکورزی رایج، کم خاکورزی و بی خاکورزی) و مدیریت بقایا (حفظ بقایای به صورت ایستاده و حذف تمام بقایا از سطح خاک) بود.به این منظور، پژوهشی مزرعهای در سال 1395 و 1396 در منطقه زرقان استان فارس (بافت خاک لوم رسی سیلتی) با طرح کرتهای یک بار خُرد شده در قالب بلوکهای کامل تصادفی در تناوب گندم-ذرت با سه تکرار اجرا شد. فرآیند نفوذ آب به خاک برای هر محصول زراعی با استفاده از روش استوانههای دوگانه با 3 تکرار مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. با استفاده از برازش هر مدل بر دادههای نفوذ تجربی بر اساس بهینه سازی غیر خطی، آمارههای ضریب تبیین (R2)، ریشه میانگین مربعات خطا (RMSE) و درصد کارآیی (EF) تعیین و مدلها، از نظر درستی برآورد نفوذ ارزیابی و رتبه بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که مدل کوستیاکوف- لوئیز در کشت گندم و حذف بقایا در سامانههای خاکورزی رایج (با R2، RMSE و EF به ترتیب 99/0، 07/0 و 99/99) و کم خاکورزی (با R2، RMSE و EF به ترتیب 99/0، 13/0 و 99/99) و مدل هورتون در کشت ذرت و حفظ بقایا در سامانه بی خاکورزی (با R2، RMSE و EF به ترتیب 99/0، 14/0 و 70/99)، بهترین کارآیی را در برآورد نفوذ آب به خاک داشتند. در میان سامانههای خاکورزی، مدلهای حفاظت خاک آمریکا، کوستیاکوف و فیلیپ در هر دو کشت از این نظر ناکارآمدترین بودند. بطورکلی، در مناطق خشک و نیمهخشک از جمله زرقان در استان فارس جهت کمیسازی فرآیند نفوذ آب به خاک مدلهای کوستیاکوف- لوئیز و هورتون به ترتیب در کشت گندم و ذرت میتواند قابل توصیه باشد.

بررسی میزان باقیمانده نیترات در سیب زمینی مناطق عمده تولید کشور و میدان مرکزی میوه و تره بار تهران
نیترات یکی از آلایندههای مهمی است که عمدتاً در اثر مصرف نامتعادل کود و زیادهروی در مصرف کودهای نیتروژنی در اندامهای گیاهی تجمع پیدا میکند. نیترات در سیستم گوارشی بدن انسان و دام تبدیل به نیتریت شده و نیتریت با برخی از اسیدهای آمینه ترکیب و تولید نیتروز آمین مینماید که مادهای سرطانزا میباشد. سیبزمینی یکی از محصولات مهم کشاورزی است که مصرف سرانه آن در کشور بعد از گندم و برنج قرار دارد. لذا بررسی میزان آلودگی نیترات در این محصول و شناخت منابع آلایندگی و ارائه راهکارهای مناسب برای کاهش نسبی آلودگی ضروری به نظر میرسد. در این مطالعه به مدت یک سال، هر هفته یک بار از میدان اصلی میوه و ترهبار شهر تهران نمونههای سیبزمینی تهیه گردید. نمونههایی نیز مستقیماً از سطح مزارع در 9 منطقه عمده سیبزمینی کاری کشور (اصفهان- چهارمحال و بختیاری- همدان- آذربایجان شرقی- اردبیل- تهران- خوزستان- فارس- کرمان (جیرفت و کهنوج)) گرفته شد. مقدار نیترات در نمونههای بخش خوراکی سیبزمینی در 2 تکرار و نیز درصد رطوبت نمونهها در 341 نمونه برداشت شده، اندازهگیری گردید. نتایج نشان داد محتوای نیترات در سیبزمینیهای تولیدی کشور در محدوده میانگین جهانی (از 2/10 تا 524 با میانگین 5/163 میلیگرم در هر کیلوگرم وزنتر غده) میباشد. با فرض 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم به عنوان حد مجاز معرفی شده توسط برخی کشورهای اروپایی، غلظت نیترات در 30% نمونهها از حد مجاز تجاوز میکند. با فرض 246 میلی گرم بر کیلوگرم به عنوان حد مجاز پیشنهادی برای ایران، غلظت نیترات در 20% نمونهها بیش از این حد مجاز است. نتایج نشان داد که عامل فصل برداشت میتواند در محتوای نیترات غدههای سیب زمینی تأثیرگذار باشد. میانگین غلظت نیترات در سیبزمینیهای برداشت شده از میدان میوه و ترهبار در دوره بهار - تابستان 55/216 و پائیز- زمستان 53/131 میلیگرم در کیلوگرم وزن تر بدست آمد.

ارزیابی تأثیر کود نانو کلات نیتروژن بر جوانهزنی و سبزینه گیاهچه نیشکر با استفاده از تصاویر دیجیتال
این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر کاربرد کود نانوکلات نیتروژن بر تعدادی از ویژگیهای گیاه نیشکر (رقم CP69-1062) و امکانسنجی استفاده از روش تجزیه و تحلیل تصویر دیجیتال برای تعیین درصد پوشش سبز گیاهچه نیشکر در سال 1396 در کشت و صنعت میرزاکوچکخان واقع در 65 کیلومتری جنوب غربی اهواز اجرا شد. قالب آماری آزمایش بلوکهای کامل تصادفی (RCB) با پنج تیمار و سه تکرار بود. سطح هر کرت 2 مترمربع انتخاب شد. در روز پانزدهم بعد از کشت، تیمارهای آزمایش در مزرعه اجرا شدند که شامل محلولپاشی غلظتهای متفاوت از کود اوره (46 درصد نیتروژن) و نانو کلات نیتروژن (17 درصد نیتروژن) در سطح کرتهای آزمایشی بود (تیمار T0= بدون محلولپاشی (شاهد)، تیمار U1= محلولپاشی اوره (غلظت 2/0 درصد)، تیمار U2= محلولپاشی اوره (غلظت 3/0 درصد)، تیمار N1= محلولپاشی نانو کلات نیتروژن (غلظت 4/0 درصد) و تیمار N2= محلولپاشی نانو کلات نیتروژن (غلظت 6/0 درصد). شمارش هفتگی جوانهها و نمونهبرداری از گیاهچهها (برای تعیین درصد نیتروژن برگ) به مدت 12 هفته ادامه یافت. در هر کرت آزمایشی عکسهای دیجیتال به صورت هفتگی تهیه و با استفاده از نرمافزار Canopeo درصد پوشش گیاهی تعیین شد. بررسیها نشان داد تیمارهای آزمایشی بر ارتفاع گیاهچهها تأثیر معناداری نداشتند ولی بر درصد جوانهزنی (p ≤ 0.05)، درصد نیتروژن برگ و پوشش گیاهی گیاهچهها (p ≤ 0.01) تأثیرگذار بودند. مقایسه میانگین درصد پوشش گیاهی گیاهچهها نشان دهنده اختلاف معناداری بین همه تیمارهای کودی نسبت به تیمار شاهد بود. بین غلظتهای متفاوت اوره (تیمارهای U1 و U2) با محلولپاشی نانو کلات نیتروژن (تیمارهای N1 و N2) اختلاف معناداری دیده شد (p ≤ 0.01). همچنین مقایسه میانگینها با آزمون دانکن نشان داد که میانگین تعداد جوانهزنی، درصد نیتروژن برگ و پوشش گیاهی در تیمار N2 بیشترین مقدار است. همبستگی معناداری بین جوانهزنی هفتگی قلمههای نیشکر با پوشش گیاهی گیاهچهها (خروجی نرمافزار) مشاهده شد (R2 = 90.67%).

بررسی ویژگیهای بخش مایع و جامد هیدروچارهای تولید شده از ضایعات چوب سیب در دما و زمانهای مختلف کربونیزهشدن گرمآبی
هیدروچار، ماده جامد کربنی است که از کربونیزه شدن گرمآبی (Hydrothermal carbonization, HTC) زیستتوده تولید میشود و در بهبود ویژگیهای خاک و تثبیت آلایندههای آن کاربرد دارد. ویژگیهای فیزیکی و شیمیایی هیدروچار به ماهیت زیستتوده و شرایط فرآیند تولید (دما و زمان HTC) وابسته است. هدف از این پژوهش بررسی برخی ویژگیهای هیدروچار حاصل از ضایعات هرس درختان سیب در دماهای 180، 200 و 220 درجه سلسیوس و زمانهای ماندگاری 6، 9 و 12 ساعت بود. علاوهبر آن، در یک آزمایش فاکتوریل با طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی و در سه تکرار، اثر هیدروچار تولید شده در دمای 180 درجه سلسیوس و زمان 12 ساعت و کود فسفر بر فراهمی برخی عناصر در خاک و رشد گیاه ذرت در شرایط گلخانهای بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد که pH بخشهای جامد و مایع هیدروچارهای تولید شده بهترتیب در دامنههای 9/6-7/5 و 1/4-5/3 بود. با افزایش دما و زمان واکنش، بازده بخش جامد هیدروچار و pH بخش مایع کم شد اما pH، درصد خاکستر و غلظت P، Ca و Mg بخش جامد و EC و غلظت N، P، Ca، Mg، Fe، Mn، Cu و Zn در بخش مایع افزایش یافت. یافتههای این پژوهش نشان داد که HTC در دماهای بالاتر غلظت عناصر غذایی در هر دو بخش جامد و مایع هیدروچار را افزایش داد که ممکن است برای اهداف کشاورزی مناسب باشد. نتایج آزمایش گلخانهای نشان داد که هیدروچار منجر به افزایش فراهمی فسفرخاک شد و جذب فسفر توسط گیاه ذرت را بهطور معنادار افزایش داد.

کادمیم جذب شده در بدن منشا بسیاری از سرطانهای شناخته شدهی امروزی است. جذب کادمیم از طریق تنفس دود توتون بسیار بیشتر از آشامیدن آب و خوردن غذای آلوده به کادمیم است. این پژوهش به منظور بررسی اثر شوری آب آبیاری، کود سوپر فسفات تریپل و آلودگی کادمیم خاک بر غلظت کادمیم در خاکستر، دود توتون و سرنوشت کادمیم در بخشهای مختلف خاک انجام شد. آزمایش با سه عامل شوری آب آبیاری (صفر، 20 و 40 میلی مولار NaCl)، کود سوپر فسفات تریپل (صفر و 5/1 گرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) و آلودگی کادمیم اضافه شده به خاک (صفر و 12 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم خاک) بهصورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با چهار تکرار انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، بیشترین سهم غلظتی کادمیم در خاک آلوده شده به کادمیم، در بخش کربناتی با میانگین کل 84/6 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم و کمترین غلظت کادمیم در بخش اکسید های آهن با میانگین کل 4/0 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم مشاهده گردید. کاربرد سوپرفسفات تریپل در خاک آلوده به کادمیم، در شوری صفر، 20 و 40 میلی مولار به ترتیب باعث افزایش غلظت کادمیم خاکستر توتون به مقدار 47/1%،89/15% و 80/29 درصد و غلظت کادمیم دود به مقدار 20/23%، 30/23% و 18 درصد نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد. با افزایش سطوح شوری آب آبیاری در خاکهای آلوده به کادمیم، غلظت کادمیم محلول+ تبادلی در شوری 20 و 40 میلی مولار، به طور میانگین و به ترتیب 15/22% و 42 درصد افزایش نشان داد که این افزایش غلظت در سطح 5 درصد آماری معنیدار بود. کاربرد کود سوپر فسفات تریپل در خاکهای آلوده به کادمیم و در سطوح شوری 20 و 40 میلی مولار، به ترتیب سبب کاهش 65/14% و 12 درصدی غلظت کادمیم محلول+تبادلی نسبت به شاهد شد. برهمکنش شوری آب آبیاری و کود فسفاتی اثر فزایندهای بر غلظت کادمیم خاکستر و دود توتون داشت.

اثر مقادیر بیوچار و نیکل بر غلظت نیکل و برخی عناصر کم مصرف در ذرت
بیوچار یک ماده جاذب میباشد که قادر به کاهش قابلیت دسترسی فلزات سنگین میباشد. برایارزیابی اثر کاربرد بیوچار، نیکل و برهمکنش آنها بر رشد و غلظت نیکل و برخی عناصر کم مصرف در اندام هوایی ذرت در یک خاک آهکی،آزمایشی در شرایط گلخانه به صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح پایه کاملاً تصادفی انجام شد. تیمارها شامل سه سطح بیوچار (صفر، 2 و 4 درصد وزنی) و سه سطح نیکل (صفر، 50 و100 میلیگرم نیکل بر کیلوگرم خاک به صورت سولفات نیکل) در سه تکرار بود. نتایج نشان داد که مصرف بیوچار نسبت به شاهد به طور معنیداری وزن خشک اندام هوایی ذرت، درجه سبزی و شاخص سطح برگ را افزایش داد اما مصرف نیکل تأثیر معنیداری بر این پارامترها نداشت همچنین مصرف بیوچار، غلظت نیکل را به طور معنیداری (33 درصد) در اندام هوایی گیاه کاهش داد. با افزودن غلظتهای مختلف نیکل به خاک، غلظت این عنصر در اندام هوایی ذرت افزایش یافت. غلظت روی، منگنز و آهن دراندام هوایی ذرت تحت تأثیر کاربرد بیوچار به طور معنیداری کاهش یافت. کاربرد سطوح مختلف نیکل، کاهش غلظت آهن و منگنز در اندام هوایی گیاه را به دنبال داشت. با توجه به نقش مثبت بیوچار در افزایش وزن خشک، شاخص سطح برگ، قرائت کلروفیلمتر و همچنین کاهش غلظت نیکل در اندام هوایی ذرت، گمان می رود که در خاکهای آلوده به فلزات سنگین میتوان از بیوچار استفاده نمود.

رابطه هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع با حدود آتربرگ و پارامترهای منحنی فشردگی محصور خاک
در ایجاد توابعانتقالیخاک، یافتن متغیرهای جدید یک چالش اساسی برای بهبود تخمین خصوصیات هیدرولیکیخاک است. دراینتحقیقاز رفتار خاک تحت تراکم بهعنوان متغیرهای جدید بههمراه برخی خصوصیات پایهای خاکدر برآوردهدایتهیدرولیکیاشباع 120 نمونه خاکاز 5 استان مازندران، آذربایجان غربی و شرقی، کرمانشاه و همداناستفادهشد. هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع توسطحدود آتربرگ (حدروانی، حد خمیری و حد انقباض) و پارامترهای منحنی فشردگی محصور به همراه خصوصیات پایه خاک (نسبت سیلت به شن، درصد رس و جرم مخصوص ظاهری) بهعنوان تخمینگر در 3 مرحله تخمین زده شد. در مرحله اول فقط از خصوصیات پایه خاک بهعنوان تخمینگر استفاده شد. توابع انتقالی ایجاد شده باروش رگرسیون نشان دادند کهدر مرحله 2 ورود پارامترهای منحنی فشردگی محصور بههمراه خصوصیات پایه خاک در توابع ایجاد شده و در مرحله 3 ورود تنها حدود آتربرگ بههمراه همان خصوصیات پایهبهعنوان برآوردگر موجب بهبود نسبی در برآورد هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع شدند. مقدار مجذور میانگین مربعات خطا(RMSE) در قسمت آموزش برای مرحله 1، 2 و 3 بهترتیب 624/0، 620/0 و 584/0 و برای آزمون به ترتیب 887/0، 821/0 و 829/0 بهدست آمد. مقدار بهبود نسبی بر اساس معیار RMSE در مراحل دو و سه برای آموزش بهترتیب 64/0% و 35/6 درصد و برای آزمون 45/7% و 53/6 درصد بهدست آمد. بر اساس ضریب تبیین تعدیل شده (R2adj) ورود متغیرهای منحنی فشردگی محصور و یا حدود آتربرگ در جوار خصوصیات پایه خیلی در بهبود تخمین مؤثر واقع نشدند. نتایج نشان داد که صحت مدل در مرحله سه (بر اساس مقدارRMSE و معیار اطلاعات آکایک) و قابلیت اعتماد مدل در مراحل دو و سه (بر اساس مقدارRMSE و معیار اطلاعات آکایک) نسبت به مرحله اول بهبود یافت.

ضریب پخشیدگی –پراکندگی و سایر ضرایب انتقال املاح از ویژگیهای مهم در فرایند انتقال مواد در خاک هستند که میتواند تحت تأثیر عوامل متعددی از جمله افزودن اصلاحکنندهها و مواد آلی قرار گیرند. بنابراین این پژوهش با هدف بررسی اثرات بیوچارهای تهیه شده از کود گاوی و بقایای نخل در دماهای مختلف بر ضریب پخشیدگی پراکندگی یون کلر، هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع، میزان آب غیرمتحرک و ضریب تبادل جرمی یون کلرید در یک خاک لوم شنی انجام شد. تیمارها عبارت بودند از: شاهد، بیوچار کود گاوی (CMB400 و CMB600) و بیوچار بقایای نخل (PRB400 و PRB600) تهیه شده در دماهای 400 و 600 درجه سلسیوس (هریک در سه سطح 5/0%، 1%و 2 درصد وزنی). آزمایش در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی با سه تکرار در شرایط آزمایشگاه و در ستون های خاک به مدت 70 روز انجام شد. کاربرد مقادیر 5/0%، 1% و 2 درصد PRB400 وPRB600 بهترتیب سبب افزایش معنیدار ضریب پخشیدگی-پراکندگی کلر به میزان 89%، 80%، 44% و 39%، 141% و 139 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد شد. همچنین کاربرد مقادیر 5/0%، 1% و 2 درصد CMB400 و همچنین 1% و 2 درصد CMB600بهترتیب سبب افزایش معنیدار ضریب پخشیدگی به مقدار 95%، 48%، 95%، 81% و 159 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد شد. در حالیکه کاربرد 1 درصد CMB600در مقایسه با شاهد اثر معنیداری بر ضریب پخشیدگی- پراکندگی یون کلر نداشت. همچنین کاربرد مقادیر 5/0% و 1 درصد CMB400 و کاربرد 2 درصد CMB600بهترتیب سبب افزایش معنیدار هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع بهمیزان 24%، 18% و 29 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد شد و کاربرد مقدار 5/0 درصد PRB400و همچنین مقادیر 1% و 2 درصد PRB600 بهترتیب سبب افزایش معنیدار هدایت هیدرولیکی اشباع بهمیزان 24%، 20% و [ACO1] 18 درصد در مقایسه با شاهد شدند. به طور کلی کاربرد بیوچار تولید شده از بقایای نخل و کود گاوی سبب افزایش میزان نسبت آب غیر متحرک و ضریب تبادل جرمی یون کلرید در خاک مورد مطالعه شد. در این پژوهش تفاوت آماری معنیداری بین اثر بیوچارهای تولید شده از کود گاوی و بقایای نخل و همچنین دماهای 400 و 600 درجه سلسیوس (به جز در مورد اثر بیوچار بقایای نخل بر ضریب پخشیدگی-پراکندگی کلر) بر ویژگیهای هیدرولیکی در خاک وجود نداشت. نتایج نشان داد علیرغم اینکه بیوچار ممکن است اثرات مثبت قابل ملاحظهای بر ویژگیهای مختلف خاک داشته باشد ولی کاربرد هر دو نوع بیوچار مورد مطالعه در این پژوهش میتواند با افزایش ضرایب هیدرولیکی و ضرایب انتقال املاح اندازهگیری شده، سبب تسریع در انتقال نمکها و ترکیبات کلریدی به منابع آبی و بهویژه آبهای زیرزمینی شود و این موضوع بایستی در کاربرد این اصلاح کنندهها در خاک مدنظر قرار گیرد.
